L.A. Picked for ’92 Women’s Final Four

MISSION, Kan. — Los Angeles and Atlanta were tentatively selected Friday as the host cities of Final Fours for women in 1992 and 1993. The National Collegiate Athletic Assn. Division I Women’s Basketball Committee will recommend the sites to the Executive Committee next month.

The recommendations call for the 1992 tournament to be played April 3 and 5 at the Sports Arena, and for the 1993 tournament to be played at the Omni in Atlanta.
