Jonathan T. Bastis has joined the Hammond Co. as executive vice president and chief financial officer. He will also assume the positions of corporate secretary and treasurer. Bastis succeeds Douglas Winn, who has left the company. Before joining Hammond, Bastis was vice president, treasurer, chief financial officer and assistant corporate secretary of International Holding Capital Corp., a savings and loan holding company. Before that, he was audit manager and staff accountant at the accounting firm of Coopers & Lybrand. Hammond Co., based in Newport Beach, is a mortgage banking company.
