Butkus and Enberg to Be Honored Tonight

Former Chicago Bear linebacker Dick Butkus and NBC sportscaster Dick Enberg will be honored at the fourth Sports Spectacular dinner tonight at the Century Plaza Hotel.
Butkus will receive the Lifetime Achievement Award, and Enberg will be honored as sports journalist of the year.
At the affair, sponsored by Cedars-Sinai and Drexel Burnham Lambert, man-of-the-year awards will be presented to Magic Johnson, basketball; Orel Hershiser, baseball; Bernie Nicholls, hockey, and Tim Brown, football.
Proceeds go to Cedars-Sinai Medical Genetics-Birth Defects Center.
