Area Roundup : Corona del Mar Teams Will Meet in School Tournament

Twelve teams representing Corona del Mar High School boys’ basketball teams in the 1970s and ‘80s will compete in a day-long tournament at the school Saturday.
Each team’s roster will have players who were seniors in that particular year. Some rosters will include athletes who competed in other sports, but the 1975 team will be present in its entirety.
Three pools of four teams each will begin play at 8:30 a.m. A single-elimination tournament will begin at 2:30 p.m., with the championship game at 6:15.
There also will be three-point shooting and dunking contests.
