Saatchi Settles Fight: Saatchi & Saatchi Co. and Chicago-based Arthur Andersen & Co. said they have agreed to settle a dispute involving the Information Consulting Group, a computer system consultancy backed by Saatchi & Saatchi. Andersen’s computer consulting division last year filed suit against ICG, contending that the new consulting firm was trying to undermine its business by, among other things, stealing its personnel. A group of partners had left Andersen to join ICG. ICG filed a countersuit accusing Andersen of initiating frivolous lawsuits.
