Commercial Scene : Foothill Village Center Construction Completed

Construction is complete on the $15-million, 87,475-square-foot Foothill Village Shopping Center, at the southeast corner of Foothill Boulevard and Hellman Avenue in Rancho Cucamonga.
The center has 31 retail stores, restaurants and service-oriented outlets. Anchor tenants include Blockbuster Video, Farr’s Hallmark Stationers, House of Fabrics and Chuck-E-Cheese’s ShowBiz Pizza Time Theater.
Developer and owner of the shopping center is Nu West Cos. of West Los Angeles, and architect is Santa Monica-based Nadel Partnership. Nu West is also handling leasing duties.
