10-Year Lease: The Keith Cos., a planning and engineering firm in Costa Mesa, signed a 10-year, $11-million lease for a two-story, 88,000-square-foot building on Redhill Avenue. Keith will consolidate 300 employees from four different buildings in the city. Keith also opened its first Arizona office, in Phoenix, by acquiring Timmerman & Associates Inc., a civil engineering firm . . . Laguna Niguel developer Birtcher sold nine office buildings totaling 60,000 square feet at Lake Forest Drive and Avenida de la Carlotta in Laguna Hills for $7.8 million to a partnership called South Plaza Partners.
