A transient was found stabbed to death in a parking lot in Ocean Beach, police said Thursday.
Donald Palmer, 30, was found with stab wounds in the stomach behind a convenience store in the 4900 block of Voltaire Street shortly before 5 p.m. Wednesday, police said.
The victim’s identification card was found in a backpack near the body.
Police said witnesses saw Palmer and another man arguing near the store. Police had no suspects.
