Rams Sign Two Free Agents

The Rams on Tuesday signed free agents Chris Parker, a 6-foot-1, 195-pound quarterback from Cal State Northridge, and Theo Adams, a 6-5, 265 pound offensive tackle from the University of Hawaii.
Parker, 24, tried out for the Rams last season but was released before the regular season.
Adams, 23, played for Hawaii last season.
