Fox and Siskel and Ebert Settle: Film critics Gene Siskel and Roger Ebert and their famous thumbs again are welcome at previews of 20th Century Fox films. The duo was indefinitely banned from screenings three weeks ago after they said on “Live With Regis and Kathie Lee” that they hadn’t located a single laugh in Fox’s “Nuns on the Run.” In lifting the ban, Fox Marketing President Bob Harper repeated the company’s complaint that the pair abused their preview privilege when they knocked the film.
