Parking Limits Sought

Congratulations to the individual who came up with the brilliant idea of banning overnight parking within the city of Glendale (March 22). I live in La Crescenta, where residential streets are very narrow and parking is only allowed on one side. There are individuals who park all their cars full-time in the street in front of my house. And, of course, their garages are filled with junk. This is one law that I hope passes.
