A state grand jury in Mobile, Ala., heard testimony on Texas sports agent Lance Luchnick’s alleged failure to register as an agent in Alabama. Luchnick represents All-American linebacker Keith McCants of Alabama.
Failure to register with the state is a felony punishable by a $5,000 fine and up to 10 years in prison.
