Monrovia : Mayor Pro Tem Elected

The City Council on Tuesday elected Bill Card to a two-year term as mayor pro tem, replacing Mary Wilcox, who will continue to serve as councilwoman.
Voters on April 10 reelected Bob Bartlett to a second two-year term as mayor.
