A ‘Killer’ Suit: Mijack Productions, producers of the controversial film “Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer,” has filed a lawsuit in federal court in Washington against the Motion Picture Assn. of America to force the organization to rate the film “R” instead of the current “X.” Mijack officials claimed in the suit that the MPAA treated the film in a “discriminatory manner” by rating it “X,” even though it is no more violent than R-rated films. Mijack says it lost revenue since many theaters won’t show unrated or X-rated films.
