Disney Switches “Dick Tracy” to Touchstone: Walt Disney Co. will release “Dick Tracy” under its Touchstone Pictures banner. The PG-rated film, due in June, was originally slated as a Walt Disney Pictures release. But concerns about the content of the movie, which features Madonna in revealing outfits and characters spouting double entendres, apparently prompted Disney officials to switch to the more mature Touchstone label. Walt Disney Pictures has long been associated with such classic family fare as Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs and Bambi.
