RATING: There’s new controversy over Spanish filmmaker Pedro Almodovar’s “Tie Me Up, Tie Me Down,” (F4) which opens Friday at the Port Theatre in Corona del Mar. . . . It has been given an X rating, drawing protests from Almodovar as well as from Landmark Theatre Corp. official Gary Meyer. . . . “There’s no way this film should be rated X,” Meyer said. . . . Still, IDs will be checked and no one under 18 will be admitted, including Port employees.
