Pic ‘N’ Save Wins Restraining Order: U.S. District Court Judge Robert C. Bonner granted Pic ‘N’ Save’s request for a temporary restraining order against Girard Partners, prohibiting the investment group from soliciting votes until June 5. Pic ‘N’ Save sued Girard, accusing the La Jolla-based partnership of violating federal securities laws in its fight to seize control of the company. A hearing on the Dominguez-based retailer’s motion for a preliminary injunction is set for June 5.
