Feinstein on Hiring Quotas

Hiring should be according to which candidate for employment would be able to contribute the most, to be of greatest value to the employer. To hire according to race, sex, ethnic background, minority grouping and/or by quota is divisive and only fosters and maintains racial and sex prejudices.
Feinstein should know better than what she has vowed.
