Ed (Too Tall) Jones, one of the last remaining Dallas Cowboys from the team’s glory years, announced his retirement, saying he would become a boxing manager in Dallas. Jones, 39, was a defensive end with the Cowboys for 15 years, and a set team record of 245 games played.
