*** LITTLE FEAT, “Representing the Mambo,” Warner Bros. Albums are rated from one star (poor) to five stars (a classic). The title is certainly referring to the Feat’s sly old “Horizontal Mambo,” and the veteran Angeleno act still creates a pretty sexy shake on its second commendable album after a decade-long layoff. Nothing here with the distinctive peculiarity of late leader Lowell George’s mid-’70s high points, but still plenty of both physical and mental motivators--horizontal or otherwise.
