The “Your Heart’s in the Right Place” gala at the Anaheim Marriott Hotel on June 6 raised an estimated $14,000 for the American Heart Assn. of Orange County. Richard Beam was chairman.

The “Stars” dinner and auction at the Four Seasons Hotel in Newport Beach on June 8 raised an estimated $30,000 for the Lollipop Guild of the Blind Children’s Learning Center. Terry Lampadius was chairwoman.

The “Las Vegas Night” casino at Promontory Point in Irvine on June 9 raised an estimated $5,500 for the Orange County Eye Bank. Joan Temple and Anne Schmid were co-chairwomen.

The cocktail party at the Newport Beach home of Dr. and Mrs. John Brown on June 9 raised an estimated $4,500 for the Balboa Committee of the Orange county Philharmonic Society. Becky Riddet and Judy Flodman were co-chairwomen.

The “Dare to Care” dinner and auction at the Doubletree Hotel at the City in Orange on June 9 raised an estimated $30,000 for the American Cancer Society, Orange County Unit. Kathy and Fred Hinojos were co-chairmen.

The “11th Induction Ceremony of the Jewish Sports Hall of Fame” at the Irvine Hilton and Towers on June 10 raised an estimated $125,000 for the American Friends of the Hebrew University. Dr. William Berger was chairman.
