SOUTHLAND : 3.0 Earthquake Rattles Malibu

A small quake struck near Malibu today but no damage or injuries were reported.
The temblor struck at 6:24 a.m. and had a magnitude of 3.0, with an epicenter 15 miles west of Malibu, said Robert Finn of the California Institute of Technology in Pasadena.
