Derek Brower, former Syracuse basketball player, pleaded guilty in federal court in Cincinnati to interstate travel for drug dealing.
Brower, a forward for the Orangemen from 1984 to 1988, made a plea bargain with Assistant U.S. Attorney John DiPuccio. Brower faced a four-count indictment that also included conspiracy and weapons charges.
He faces up to four years in prison and a $250,000 fine for the interstate travel charge, a felony.
