John Pietro has been promoted from director of account services to vice president at Strottman Marketing Inc., an Irvine-based promotion agency. Before joining the company in 1989, he ran his own marketing consulting firm in Mission Viejo and, before that, was vice president of Wendy’s International’s Canada division.
