David A. Braun, a lawyer who briefly served as president of Polygram Records in 1980, has joined the Los Angeles office of law firm Proskauer Rose Goetz & Mendelsohn as special counsel. During his career, the 59-year-old Braun has advised several leading artists, agents, and producers, including singer Bob Dylan and the producers and director of the motion picture “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.” Before joining Proskauer Rose, Braun was counsel to the Los Angeles law firm of Silverberg, Katz, Thompson & Braun.
