Datron Systems Completes Purchase of Transco

Datron Systems said it completed the purchase of Transco Products in Camarillo for about $10 million.
Datron, based in Simi Valley, makes satellite receiving dishes and other communications products. Transco produces microwave antennas and switches that are used on aircraft, space vehicles, missiles and ships.
