WASHINGTON — Arnold Schwarzenegger will represent President Bush at Saturday’s opening of the Goodwill Games in Seattle.
Schwarzenegger, who stars in the hit movie “Total Recall,” is chairman of the President’s Council on Physical Fitness.
The games are an international athletics competition. The first Goodwill Games were held in Moscow four years ago.
