Kudos and Boos

Cathay Pacific’s nonstop service from LAX to Hong Kong was a disappointment. On the inaugural flight, in Marco Polo Business Class, I was quite displeased with the food--nowhere near the finest cuisine on the Orient run. Blank, miniature meals no larger than your average-sized paperback. I had what they call Cornish hen, a piece of chicken meat wrapped with a soggy piece of flour. Better food could be obtained on United Airlines Economy Class. Sorry Cathay, I arrived in worse shape.
