William I. Campbell, a senior vice president at Philip Morris Cos., New York, has been appointed head of the firm’s domestic tobacco business, Philip Morris U.S.A. Campbell replaces Ehud Houminer, who was appointed a senior vice president of Philip Morris Management Corp. Houminer will be involved in “special projects of a strategic nature.”
