Santa Monica : On-Ramp Accord Sought

The City Council has authorized City Manager John Jalili to reach an agreement with state officials that will pave the way for the construction of an eastbound 4th Street on-ramp to the Santa Monica Freeway. Construction of the 16-month project, estimated at $7 million, could begin as early as 1991, Jalili said.
