Martin Marietta Buys Perry Unit

Bethesda, Md. — Defense contractor Martin Marietta Corp. said it acquired Perry technologies, a developer of underwater systems, from Perry Group Inc., a privately held company in Riviera Beach, Fla. Terms were not disclosed.
Perry Technologies makes and operates manned and unmanned undersea work systems, including remotely operated vehicles and equipment for undersea reconnaissance, recovery, and maintenance.
