I always enjoy reading your articles on Cabo San Lucas, as it is a favorite travel spot ofmy wife and myself. However, I did want to take exception to the article that mentioned the sales people who “lurk on the shore” selling timeshares (“Cabo in Summer Means Bargains, Best Fishing,” July 22).
I would like to say, “Thank God for pushy salesmen.” We were introduced to one of the most fantastic resorts in all the world, Club Cascadas de Baja, which is like nothing you have ever seen. It is a resort designed by architect Ed Giddings and it has been featured in many travel shows. The sales staff was professional and totally open and above board. I strongly believe when you work with a professional organization, timeshares can be one of the best discoveries.
