Brown Arrested: Disorderly conduct charges were dismissed Monday against recording artist Bobby Brown, who was arrested Sunday after he intervened in a restaurant confrontation between his brother and a police officer. Brown, 23, and brother Tommy, 29, were arrested early Sunday in an Atlanta restaurant. According to police, the elder Brown had been arguing with another man, then cursed and threatened a police officer when the officer tried to calm him.
