Bay Regional Park to Be Meeting’s Focus

The county Harbors, Beaches and Parks Commission meets tonight to discuss a plan to develop the Upper Newport Bay Regional Park.
The commission will accept testimony about how the park should be developed. The meeting will begin at 7 p.m. in the Hall of Administration Building Room 119, 10 Civic Center Plaza in Santa Ana.
