KILLING KIDS: There was a big jump in minors arrested for homicide in Orange County in 1989, and officials blame drive-by shootings. . . . “You have multiple people involved in one murder,” a sheriff’s spokesman says. “One guy pulls the trigger, and there may be four guys in the car.” . . . The 1990 figures may be higher, given the continuing arrests for gang-related killings as well as three recent cases of youngsters shooting friends or relatives and the killing of another teen on a Dana Point beach.
