Feliciano Ramirez, a freshman who started Cal Lutheran’s first two games at quarterback, has withdrawn from school, a university spokesman said Wednesday. Ramirez, from Los Angeles Wilson High, completed 14 of 42 passes for 157 yards in games against Azusa Pacific and Santa Barbara.
