NEW YORK — A 13-year-old boy was fatally shot in the chest Thursday, becoming the second child to die among nine who have been shot this week in the city. The latest victim, Levy Mitchell, was shot when visiting friends in the Bronx. There were no suspects, and no weapon was recovered.
