Oncotech Scuttles Public Offering: Irvine-based Oncotech Inc., which provides tests to help doctors decide the most effective treatment for cancer patients, has indefinitely postponed its plans to go public this week because of the slumping stock market, the company’s underwriters said. Oncotech had sought to raise $10 million by selling 1.3 million common shares at $7 to $9 each.
