Rebel Leader Arrested

MANILA — A Communist rebel leader has been captured, the second guerrilla chief to be arrested in four days, the Philippine military said Thursday.
Vicente Martinez, chief of the outlawed Communist Party’s Visayas command in the central Philippines, was arrested by military and police agents, a spokesman said.
