North Hollywood 24, Grant 14--Leon Gable rushed for 221 yards and three touchdowns to lead North Hollywood at Grant (3-6, 1-5). It was an outing that Husky fans have become accustomed to: Gable leads City Section players in the Valley with 1,639 rushing yards.

North Hollywood (5-3, 4-2 in league play) gave the ball to Gable on 42 of its 57 plays. Gable is closing in on the school single-season record of 1,900 rushing yards, set by Chip Grant in 1987.
