Yes on Refugees

John L. Ritter of Redondo Beach claims that his forebears were Colonists and not refugees. If he reads his history, he might find out that everyone who left the “Old World” for the new colonies in the pre-United States days was indeed a rufugee. Successful people did not need to emigrate. Almost every person who left his country of origin did so to escape some intolerable condition--social and/or economic.
