SERIOUS STUDENTS: The crackdown on drunk drivers intensifies, but there seems to be an endless supply of them. . . . At Municipal Court counters that dispense lists of traffic safety schools, they’ve added a warning against drinking during class sessions. “We get people at the counter whose breaths are just unbelievably liquored,” says one court worker. But some still show up to class “after they get a hit outside or after happy hour,” says one school spokesman.
