Intel Corp.: The Santa Clara maker of microcomputer components said income in 1990 rose 66% to a record $650 million. Revenue also hit a record at $3.9 billion, up 25% from 1989. The company said personal computer buyers swept up advanced products in 1990 that used Intel chips.
