Capital Cities/ABC Inc.: The New York-based media company said fourth-quarter net income dipped 13% to $157.5 million, while revenue rose 3% to $1.55 billion. For 1990, earnings dipped to $477.8 million from $485.7 million, while revenue climbed 9% to $5.39 billion. The firm blamed the results on a soft advertising market and higher programming costs.
