Technology License: MagneTek Defense Systems, a military power systems manufacturer in Anaheim, has signed an agreement to license technology from International Business Machines Corp.
MagneTek will license IBM’s electronic bus transfer technology, which allows power systems to switch from one power source to another without disruption, as part of an effort to improve the durability of military and commercial electronics systems.
