Owen J. Bevan has joined the Aeroscientific-Anaheim subsidiary of Data-Design Labs as vice president and general manager. In his new position, he will be responsible for all fabrication processes of printed circuit boards. Bevan was formerly a vice president at Western Digital Corp.
