Brajdas Corp., a Woodland Hills-based electronic components distributor, announced the resignation of Edward F. Kramar, corporate vice president of sales and president of its Cypress Electronics division in Santa Clara.
The company said Kramar, who resigned Jan. 31, left to pursue other interests. His successor has not yet been named.
