Riverside Rallies to Defeat Fullerton in 10 Innings

FULLERTON — Riverside College rallied for five runs in the ninth inning and two more in the 10th to defeat Fullerton, 7-6, to win the Cerritos-Fullerton Baseball Tournament Monday.
Fullerton led, 5-0, going into the ninth, but Riverside (4-0) scored five runs with two outs. Curt Callicott’s two-run single capped the rally. A Fullerton error and a single by Chase Peckham accounted for Riverside’s two runs in the 10th.
Crosby Spencer walked and scored on a groundout in the 10th for Fullerton (4-2), but Geraldo Flores lined out to end the game.
