Bob McClure, on the disabled list because of a sore left shoulder, pitched two innings of a simulated game and said he feels well enough to return in a few days. Before that, he will pitch another simulated game on Thursday.
“We’re just going to see how it goes when I throw two days in a row,” McClure said. “But from the way it’s feeling, I don’t expect any problems.”
