Robert L. Wilson has been named president and chief executive officer of the Grass Valley-based Grass Valley Group subsidiary of Tektronix Inc., Beaverton, Ore. Wilson was a vice president in the Merchant Banking Group at Wasserstein Perella & Co., New York.
